Dear Friends of Bukasa –
Ever Increasing Children’s Center re-opened on January 10! After being closed for almost 80 weeks, classroom doors are finally open again and instruction has resumed!
Your generosity has enabled Pastor George and his team to prepare for returning students and continue the work of educating children. EICC was given a fresh coat of paint (inside and out), teachers were re-hired, and all necessary supplies and materials were acquired.
There is great anticipation and joy among the students and staff. We are thankful to the Lord for this positive turn of events and are praying for the health and well-being of all involved.
As a new year begins, please consider sponsoring Bridget. She is among many available children in Bukasa village who lack the opportunity for schooling. The $40 monthly sponsorship support covers a wide range of needs: daily meals, salaries, utilities, upkeep/maintenance of vehicle and buildings, and godly instruction.
As Bridget Kabasinguzi is 11 years old and is in primary 6. Her parents were both killed in an accident. She and her four siblings now live with their grandmother.
